  • Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping for our Ayurvedic products. Shipping charges may be levied, unless the order total exceeds the specific amount will be told during order confirmation, and delivery times may vary depending on the location.
  • Returns: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage. We will either replace the product or provide a refund as per our discretion.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed for eligible returns within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Exchange: We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different product, you will need to place a new order.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns for opened or used products, as well as for products with expired shelf life.
